The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is inviting students and master’s students from Comrat State University to participate in the "OSCE Model 2024" forum, which will focus on issues related to Southeast Europe. This event is tailored for those who want to showcase their skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Taking part in the forum will enhance your understanding of OSCE principles, values, and processes, and help you develop skills that will be valuable in your professional, political, and civic life. Participants will role-play as OSCE member states and other relevant parties in a simulated crisis resolution scenario. Over three days, students and master’s students will receive training in negotiation techniques, become familiar with OSCE structures, and learn to make consensus-based decisions.
To be considered for selection, students and master’s students must meet the following criteria:
- Be from the Southeast European region
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Have an interest in international affairs or relevant experience, and be active in academic circles, youth organizations, or media
- Have experience working with local communities
