An extracurricular event in English on the topic: "Halloween Party" was held in the stream of first-year groups AN-22 and RE-22 on October 31, 2022. The organizer of this event was Nikolaeva Pr. Dm., Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages.

The purpose of this event was to introduce the students to the customs and traditions of the country of the language being studied, to increase interest in learning English, to develop in students a love of group work through the implementation of interesting tasks. The content of the event corresponded to the set goals and objectives.

The event was held in connection with the holiday that day, in order to increase interest in the culture of the language being studied. The event involved students from two groups. Presentations were presented: “History of the origin of the holiday”, “Halloween celebration in different countries of the world”, riddles, rebuses were solved, poems were told and games were played, and much more was done by students of these groups. All students were very active and took part in the event with pleasure. The set goals were achieved. General impressions are positive, the atmosphere at the event was friendly and joyful.
