10.11.2021 Rector of CSU, https://kdu.md/ , Serghei Zaharia, Ph.D. Associate Professor met with the Ambassador, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Janis Mazheiks.
Mr. Ambassador visited Gagauzia for the first time. During the visit, he was introduced to the history of the creation of the University, faculties, scientific and innovation centers.
Janis Mazeiks was interested in the work of faculties and international centers. He noted the presence of favorable conditions for academic staff and learning of students, about advanced training and retraining courses for the specialists of the region.
Comrat State University actively participates in various areas of mutual cooperation both with the Universities of the Republic of Moldova, as well as with foreign ones.
During the conversation, special attention was paid to the expansion of European cooperation programs: exchange of students and representatives of the academic staff, participation in various international projects, in achieving positive results and striving for mutual cooperation.
The parties agreed that cooperation with foreign Universities makes it possible to develop qualitatively on the basis of equality and interaction in various spheres of University life.
