From April 26, 2023 to June 1, 2023 the IV Module of the Leadership and Management in Higher Education Institutions – Staff management and organizational culture in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Moldova has been piloted in frame of the MHELM project. The module was provided by the team formed by Professor, Ala Cotelnic (ASEM), Assoc. Prof., Irina Dorogaia (ASEM), Assoc. Prof., Uliana Culea (Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University). At the launch of the module the themes for individual/team work have been proposed for choice. On April 7, 2023 the evaluation within the IV Module „MANAGEMENT CHANGES AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL in the Republic of Moldova” have been done, which consist in the presentation of the individual projects The Comrat State University (Assoc. Prof., PhD Svetlana Ghenova, Assoc. Prof., PhD Serghei Cara) presented PPP on the topic: «Establishing the change strategy within the State University of Comrat » (PPP see attached)
