Project "REFLECT" Phase II: Qualitative learning through the "peer-to-peer" system in the Republic of Moldova

Goal: Project "REFLECT Phase II" aims to strengthen the culture of feedback in the educational system of the Republic of Moldova. For this purpose, in close collaboration with five educational institutions in different regions of the Republic of Moldova, tools for reflection and (collegial) feedback are being developed and tested, in the "reconceptualization" of quality education within the pedagogical university education space, linked to the motivational need to achieve high results through practices of professional competence development.

The "REFLECT" project is part of the framework program "Promotion of Active Civic Education" of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and contributes to strengthening local self-governance The "REFLECT" project, Phase II, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in the Republic of Moldova and implemented by the Zurich University of Teacher Education - Department of International Educational Projects, focuses on mutual learning and professional development among teachers, lecturers, school principals, and trainers

 The "REFLECT" project focuses on reflection and professional development through classroom observation based on data and constructive feedback, representing a revision of ways to stimulate and motivate target groups for their own development

The themes of the "REFLECT Phase II" project are oriented towards the student's persona - the future educator, and the need for appropriate professional education. The "REFLECT Phase II" project, lasting four years, involves leading university staff in adopting and implementing effective pedagogical practice within the context of the postmodern curriculum, as part of a university consortium consisting of five higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova

Partners of the "REFLECT Phase II" project include: Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University (Chișinău), Moldova State University (Chișinău), Alecu Russo State University (Bălți), Bogdan Petriceicu Hașdeu State University (Cahul), Comrat State University (Comrat)

The "REFLECT Phase II" project is implemented with technical and methodological support from the University of Education Zurich (Zurich, Germany)

The project budget (for Comrat State University) is 8250 EUR
