ACADEMIC PARTNERSHIP FOR HEALTH IMPROVEMENT OF YOUTH WITH HEALTH DISORDERS AND SPECIAL NEEDS

Health and healthy regime, sport and daily sports activity, productive and fulfilling lifestyle – what is the successful combination for today’s generation. UNI HEALTH – Academic partnership for health improvement of youth with health disorders and special needs, under contract KA 220-HED-47/05-10-2023, funded by Erasmus+, Higher Education

 

Project implementation period: 01.01.2024-31.12.2026

Project Budget: 400 000 EUR

Project aim: developing joint education programs in health and sports culture, planning pilot trainings and summer schools, and building an inter-institutional network of stakeholders

The main objects of research: cow's milk, autochthonous lactic bacteria, bee honey, fermented dairy products with antioxidant substances.

Project objectives:

  • Increasing the level of physical education of young people with special needs and health problems;
  • Development and organization of special training, health improvement program for youth with special needs;
  • Development of an educational and methodological manual to improve the level of physical health of students with special needs through special physical education.
