As part of the international COMPASS project, a series of seminars "LLL in Italy: lessons from experience and transferable good practices" was held on September 15-17, organized by Italian colleagues: Stefano Poli, Mauro Palumbo (University of Genoa), Roberto Peccenini (Regional School Office of Liguria), Laura Formenti, President oft he Italian Network of Universities for LLL (RUIAP), Micaela Rossi (pro-rector for didactics ) University of Genoa, Alessia Popia (Lifelong Learning Service) University of Genoa, Angela Testi, Director of AMAS‘ Courses – Ilaria Burlando, LLL Service, University of Genoa, Ivana Tagliafico, LLL Service, University of Genoa, Roberta Bozzi, LLL Service, University of Genoa, Paola Bergonzoni, LLL Service, University of Genoa, Marina Rui (delegate for elearning) University of Genoa, Elisabetta Garbarino, Regional Agency for work (ALFA).
Project members: Rakovchena T., Sult G., Kovrikova R., Ianioglo N., Kurteva O., Ibrishim L., Byanova I., Kyssa L. participated in discussions and discussions according to the topic of seminars. Italian colleagues shared their professional experience in organizing the education system and the specifics of the content of lifelong learning in Italy. The issues and experience of the best practices of continuing education were considered: the real system and the formal system, the formation of professional competencies, the design and organization of master's courses, and funding.
Special attention was paid to the issues of design and management, administration and technical aspects in the organization of advanced training courses for teachers. It was particularly interesting to learn about the best practices of the so-called third-age University, the introduction of innovations and e-learning in Italy.the participants compared the features of the skills certification procedure and the recognition of University credits in the education system of Moldova and Italy.
At the end of the event, the participants expressed their intention to further cooperate and exchange professional experience.
