The Department of Economics of Comrat State University participated in the "IT Career Expo 2024" exhibition on April 10, 2024, organized by ATIC. The exhibition was attended by school students from the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia and students of Comrat State University.

During the event, participants learned about trends and challenges in the IT field, received information about internship opportunities and employment in the IT industry, and interacted with sector leaders and experts.

"Allied Testing" SRL, an IT company specializing in software development and testing services, presented on the topic "Three Paths to a Testing Engineer Career: Which One to Choose" for event participants.

The software development company "Amdaris" SRL conducted a workshop titled "A Day in the Life of a Programmer."

HR employees from «Simpals» SRL delivered a training session titled "Tips and Tricks from HR."

Participants also learned about the intricacies of PC assembly and 3D printing.

In turn, the Department of Economics of Comrat State University presented information about its specialties in business management, marketing, business administration, and tourism. In the context of the "IT Career Expo 2024" event, the department emphasized the significance of these specialties for the IT industry, as an increasing number of companies require economically literate professionals for effective project management, finance management, and marketing strategies. The importance of understanding business processes and management principles for successful work in the field of information technology was also highlighted.
