On September 3, 2024, the Scientific Library of Comrat State University (CSU) held a seminar for first-year master’s students of the Pedagogy Department, Faculty of National Culture, on the topic "Rules for drafting bibliographic references and citing information resources in research papers." The seminar was organized as part of the course "Methodology of Scientific Research in Educational Institutions" and was conducted by the chief bibliographer of the CSU Scientific Library, Natalia GARCHU. During the event, the chief librarian of CSU, Anna KIOSIA, introduced the master's students to the library's information resources. The organization and conduct of the training seminar aimed to:
- Familiarize master’s students with the principles of drafting bibliographic references and citing information sources;
- Develop skills in working with resources and databases of the CSU Scientific Library;
- Enhance skills in bibliographic formatting and preparing scientific research;
- Provide practical application of the acquired knowledge for successfully completing research projects.
As a result of the seminar, the master's students gained important knowledge about the databases of the CSU Scientific Library and acquired practical skills in working with information sources and bibliographic formatting for their research results.
