Lecturer univ., PhD  Anatolie Cartașev, a professor at the Faculty of Agro-Technology, Comrat State University, presented the advanced concept of the project "Probiotic Dairy Product with High Antioxidant Properties" at the XVI European Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations EUROINVENT 2024 (Iași, Romania), held from June 6-8, 2024. The project stood out among other inventions for its originality and practical significance. The project concept aims to enhance the nutritional value of dairy products by adding bee honey and obtaining a probiotic product with high antioxidant content, making it particularly relevant in modern times. The project idea received high recognition, winning the silver medal, which attests to the high level of development and prospects for the scientific research idea. Participation in the exhibition and receiving a high award is a significant achievement both for the professor himself and for the team of young researchers from the LACTANOX project (https://kdu.md/en/science-and-international-relations/projects/projects-started-in-2024/project-lactanox/project-description-lactanox) at the Faculty of Agro-Technology, demonstrating a significant contribution to the development of science and innovation for Comrat State University overall.
