As part of the continued implementation of the international project’s objectives, the program includes lectures and seminars on healthy lifestyles, workshops on breathing practices, and Eastern Wushu gymnastics. Individual training plans are developed for students, taking into account their physical and emotional conditions. Group sessions on therapeutic gymnastics, breathing exercises, fitness programs with moderate intensity, and training in the Eastern martial art of Chanbara—a dynamic and playful sport aimed at enjoying movement and fostering a sense of harmony and inner happiness—are conducted. Special emphasis is placed on engaging students through large-scale sports events, such as tournaments and sports festivals. Additionally, a team is being prepared for the “CSU Chanbara Cup” competition.
