On May 13, 2025, members of the ENRICHER hubs project team Designing Green Tourism Concepts Through Learning (Development of green tourism concepts through training) ENRICHER HUBS – PROJECT ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2 from Comrat State University, Prof., Dr. habil. Alla Levitskaia,  and Assoc. Prof., Dr. habil., Natalia Șciuchina, during an online meeting with the external expert of the project Dr. Christophe Terrasse, spoke about the work on the implementation of one of the main objectives of the project - preparation for the opening of the scientific and practical center "Ecotourism" (Green Tourism Hub). Alla Levitskaia presented the structure of the Center, spoke about the prospects for cooperation of the University Center with travel companies, other business structures, and government agencies to promote the ideas of "green" tourism. The expert was interested in the target audience of students who will be involved in the activities of the center, how the University of Comrat sees the areas of cooperation with the partner universities of the project to promote joint initiatives based on the created Centers. Alla Levitskaia also spoke about the preparation of a short training course, which is planned to be introduced into the educational process for students of the Faculty of Economics, the direction "Tourism; hotel business", and about the training of trainers - university teachers who will be involved in the activities of the Center. Natalia Șciuchina, informed the expert Dr. Christophe Terrasse that the university tourism hub plans to involve in events and activities not only students - economists, but also representatives of other faculties of CSU who are interested in issues of sustainable development and promotion of green technologies. The expert's questions also concerned the language of teaching the course on sustainable tourism, the difficulties and challenges that the project team sees today, the prospects for the development of the center after the end of the project. After answering the questions and providing the expert with detailed information, Dr. Christophe Terrasse thanked the project team for their work, noted the high level of preparation of Comrat State University for the opening of the green tourism center. The expert also emphasized that he carefully studied the СSU website, which allows him to highly appreciate the work done by the team within the framework of the ENRICHER hubs» project, both in preparation for the opening of the Center, and in general in the implementation of sustainable tourism ideas and modern approaches to teaching in the educational process and promotion.
