The employees of the Regional Development Agency of ATU Gagauzia actively participated in the training "Service Design in Action: Experimental Teaching Methods and Tools for Enhancing Competence in Green Tourism (Practical Case: Design Sprint)" within the framework of the "ENRICHER hubs" project ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2, which took place at Comrat State University from January 21 to 24, 2025. Svetlana Gradinar, Head of the Regional Policy and External Relations Department of the Regional Development Agency of ATU Gagauzia; Irina Odnostalco and Maria Kara from the Tourism Development Department of the Executive Committee of ATU Gagauzia, participated as experts, providing the training participants with insights into tourism development prospects, interesting projects, and plans being developed for the tourism sector in Gagauzia. The experts also took part in evaluating tourism infrastructure projects prepared by the training participants—representatives of the project's partner universities. The training participants showed great interest in the informational booklet "Discover the Region Development of ATU Gagauzia," which was prepared as part of the "ENRICHER hubs" project by the Regional Development Agency of ATU Gagauzia. The booklet was presented on the first day of the training by the Director of the Agency, Tatyana Doncheva. Each participant received a copy of the publication. The information on regional development in Gagauzia attracted the attention of university representatives from Austria, Italy, Finland, and Georgia. They asked numerous questions to the experts and had the opportunity to learn about interesting infrastructure facilities, explore the local cultural identity, and discover the region’s attractions.
