Project Objective:
The overall goal is to foster transnational cooperation in research and innovation (R&I) within scientific organizations and higher education institutions addressing socio-economic challenges.

Specific Objectives:
• Strengthen the knowledge and skills of academic and administrative staff of target universities in Armenia and Moldova to effectively support and implement R&I and R3D at institutional and national levels.
• Create a favorable platform for promoting engagement and active collaboration among key stakeholders in the R&I process at both local and international levels.
• Expand cooperation among interdisciplinary researchers by providing knowledge and skills for joint project design, coordination, and implementation.
• Develop an effective methodology for identifying, assessing, and supporting early-stage joint research initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize the potential of valuable outcomes.

Expected Results:
• 90 researchers and administrative staff from target universities in Armenia and Moldova equipped with modern knowledge and skills for R&I and R3D development; positive feedback and high evaluation scores obtained.
• At least 70 participants in the international two-day workshop and 70 participants in the international conference; at least 5 additional joint R&D projects at regional and international levels; at least 5 joint project initiatives.
• 15 participants in the summer school possessing the necessary knowledge and skills to actively engage in R&I development; at least 5 joint initiatives proposed by summer school participants; at least 5 active networks and dialogues established between partner organizations.
• Evaluation of at least 9 projects conducted among partners (3 per partner university in Armenia and Moldova). Positive quality assurance feedback on methodology implementation.
