At Comrat State University, a resolution was adopted during the roundtable discussion titled: "Graduates on the Path to Success: Career, Achievements, and Demand."

The roundtable "Graduates on the Path to Success: Career, Achievements, and Demand" took place on January 24, 2025, at the Department of Culture and Arts of Comrat State University. Participants included department faculty, students – graduates of M. Çakir Comrat College, invited guests, and participants.

The welcoming address was delivered by the Rector of Comrat State University, Assoc. Prof., PhD Serghei Zaharia, Dean of the Faculty of National Culture, Assoc. Prof., PhD Oxana Curteva, Assoc. Prof., PhD Maria Ianioglo and Head of the Department of Culture and Arts, Maestru în Arta RM Tatiana Șciogoleva.

The main goals of the roundtable "Graduates on the Path to Success: Career, Achievements, and Demand" were:

  1. To discuss the career paths and achievements of graduates.
  2. To share experiences of receiving awards and recognition in the professional field.
  3. To explore current labor market trends and the demand for specialists.
  4. To create a network for exchanging contacts and opportunities.

The roundtable highlighted the importance of strengthening connections between the department and educational institutions and emphasized the development of soft skills, such as leadership and creative thinking. A resolution was adopted to support partnerships with cultural organizations for student training, integrate additional education programs aligned with employer demands, and enhance the practical orientation of education through internships and projects.

The event demonstrated that graduates of the Department of Culture and Arts have numerous career growth opportunities, but successful realization of their potential depends on collaboration with cultural organizations and continuous professional development.
