On December 13, 2024, the II Regional Contest "Eni Türkü," dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Gagauz Autonomous Territorial Unit, was held at the House of Culture in Comrat. The Head of the Department of Culture and Arts of the Faculty of National Culture of CSU, Maestru în Artă RM Tatiana Șciogoleva, was invited as a jury member. A total of 13 contestants participated in the competition: talented, young, and well-known musicians and performers of folk songs. They presented a variety of traditional Gagauz songs. Among the participants were students and graduates of the department: Elena Paci, Olga Paci, Evdochia and Ilia Chesea, Tatiana Uzun, and Stanev Veceslav. The host of the event was PM-22 group student Mihail Rezuneț The participation of students in such competitions can truly be seen as a unique form of promotion for the Department of Culture and Arts. The event allowed participants not only to showcase their creative abilities but also to draw attention to the "Music" educational program. Competitions like this are generally aimed at popularizing culture, fostering teamwork, and showcasing the innovative aspects of art within the educational environment. Moreover, such events create a positive image of the department, inspire other students, and can attract prospective applicants. Participating in such contests is an excellent way to represent the department at the university level and beyond.
