According to the order, during the period from September 23, 2024, to October 16, 2024, ten 4th-year students of group AN-21, specializing in 0114.10 "Foreign Languages (English and German)", participated in an active pedagogical internship in the German language. The internship was conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Prof., PhD of the University Sofia Sulac. During the internship, students were provided with the opportunity for real pedagogical interaction with pupils. They acquired necessary professional skills and abilities: mastering the methodology of planning, conducting, and analyzing lessons, as well as organizing educational and extracurricular activities (such as holding extracurricular events and class meetings). School administrations ensured the necessary conditions for the internship to help students acquire professional skills, deepen, and consolidate the knowledge and competencies gained during theoretical training. The students effectively implemented educational, developmental, and teaching goals. School supervisors noted that most students demonstrated a good level of German language proficiency, solid methodological preparation, interest, the ability to establish contact with pupils, independently select engaging didactic materials, and use effective, non-traditional methods of teaching German. To summarize the results of the German language internship, the Department of Foreign Languages held a final conference. A representative of the university’s academic department, Practice Inspector Liudmila Topal, was invited and attended. During the conference, students presented detailed reports and other documentation. All students admitted to the internship successfully completed it.
