From April 14 to 18, 2025, Dr. Nadejda IANIOGLO, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics, participated in the 3rd Anadolu International Staff Mobility Week, organized by Anadolu University in Eskişehir, Republic of Türkiye, with the support of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training program.
The event brought together representatives of partner universities from various countries participating in KA131 (Mobility of individuals within Programme Countries) and KA171 (Mobility of individuals between Programme and Partner Countries), including:

- University of Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- Vilniaus kolegija VIKO (Lithuania)
During the 3rd Anadolu International Staff Mobility Week, special attention was given to the following key topics:
Partnerships in Higher Education within the Erasmus+ framework – strengthening international cooperation and sharing best practices among universities;
Enhancing Inclusivity: Erasmus+ Without Barriers – ensuring equal access to mobility opportunities for all participants, including individuals with disabilities;
The Future of Mobilities and Partnerships in the Age of Digitalization and AI – developing new forms of collaboration and flexible models of cooperation through digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
Throughout the event, participants exchanged experiences and best practices, discussed future directions for international collaboration, and explored strategies for building sustainable academic partnerships.
Dr. Nadejda IANIOGLO presented Comrat State University by highlighting its faculties, academic programs, and potential areas for international collaboration.
Participation in the event contributed to the strengthening of professional and academic ties with international partners and opened new prospects for collaboration within the Erasmus+ program.
