On November 11, 2025, the members of the working group of the REFLECT Phase II – Quality learning through the peer-to-peer system in Moldova project participated in the follow-up session organized at the Alecu Russo State University of Bălți.
The event focused on analysing the progress made in implementing collegial visits, sharing best practices, and discussing further steps to strengthen the culture of pedagogical reflection at the institutional level.
During the session, the participants examined in detail:
- the changes that occurred in their teaching practice after applying the REFLECT elements;
- examples of effective implementation of collegial classroom visits and constructive feedback;
- development perspectives and mechanisms for ensuring the sustainability of the REFLECT process within departments and faculties.
The discussions were enriched by personal professional insights, metaphors used to interpret the experience, as well as the formulation of individual and collective commitments to continue working within the logic of reflective pedagogy.
The final meeting was also attended by colleagues – members of the project – from Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu State University in Cahul.
Participation in this event strengthened professional cooperation, clarified directions for future development, and helped identify new opportunities for high-quality implementation of REFLECT in educational practice.
We express our gratitude to our colleagues from the Alecu Russo State University of Bălți, represented by Dr. Valentina Prițcan, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector for Scientific Activity and institutional coordinator of the project, for the warm welcome and openness to sharing experience and best practices.
We also thank Mr. Marin Dolincsă, the national coordinator of the project, for the initiative and the invitation to take part in the organized Follow-up session.
