The event was attended by the faculty of the CSU Faculty of Economics, representatives of the Department of Quality Management and the Educational Process, heads of enterprises where students completed their internship, and the students themselves. During the round table, the participants discussed the results of the survey conducted among students and employers in order to identify key points influencing the quality of internship and find ways to improve it.
The main topics of discussion were:
- The role of internship in improving students' professional skills;
- Correspondence of students' skills to the requirements of the modern labor market;
- Interaction between universities and enterprises to improve the quality of internship;
- Prospects for expanding the internship program

The participants of the round table came to the conclusion that practice is an integral part of quality education and requires constant attention and optimization. As a result of the discussion, recommendations were developed for further interaction between the university and enterprises, as well as for improving the program of practical training of students, and inclusion in the curriculum, at the request of employers, of a discipline developing soft skills.
