From June 2 to June 15, 2026, Comrat State University successfully hosted an academic mobility program (Short-Term Doctoral Traineeship Mobility) for Esra Nermin Ertekin, a PhD student from Hatay Mustafa Kemal University (Turkey).

The traineeship was carried out in a priority research field — Agriculture. During the program, Esra Nermin Ertekin conducted research, familiarized herself with advanced practices, and exchanged professional experience with colleagues.

The Rector of Comrat State University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serghei Zaharia, emphasizes that the development of international educational and scientific ties is one of the main priorities of the university's development strategy. According to him, attracting foreign researchers and supporting academic mobility allows for the exchange of innovations and the discovery of new areas for joint research, which is especially important for strategic sectors such as agriculture.
