Call for Applications – Erasmus+ KA171 Mobility Opportunity (Project Number: 2025-1-TR01-KA171-HED-000344772)

As part of the Erasmus+ KA171 programme, Comrat State University is pleased to announce a call for applications for student traineeship mobility opportunity at Düzce University (Türkiye) for the 2025/2026 academic year.

This opportunity is open to regularly enrolled students in the department of Foreign Languages/Turkish Language and Literature for a 2 month mobility period. The quota is limited to 2 students.

Announcement: 21 April – 10 May 2026

Application period: 11 May – 24 May 2026

Selection exam: 26 May 2026

Announcement of preliminary results: 26 May 2026

Appeal period: 26–27 May 2026

Announcement of final results: 28 May 2026

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be a foreign laguages department student enrolled on the academic year 2025/2026
  • Both undergraduate or postgraduate students can apply
  • Have a minimum academic GPA of 7.5/10.00
  • Have an English language proficiency level of at least B2

Required Documents:

  • Proof of being enrolled student (academic year 2025/2026)
  • Copy of Passport
  • Curriculum Vitae (in English)
  • Motivation letter specifying the objectives of the mobility (in English)
  • English language proficiency certificate (minimum level B2)
  • Letter of acceptance from Düzce University

Financial Support:
Selected students will receive:

  • 800 EUR per month for individual support
  • 309 EUR for travel support (green travel support is 417 EUR)

Inclusion Support:
Additional financial and logistical support will be provided to students facing barriers in participation, including:

  • Disabilities – students with physical, sensory, or learning disabilities.
  • Health Problems – students with chronic, psychological, or mental health conditions.
  • Educational Barriers – early school leavers, low-qualified adults.
  • Cultural Differences – immigrants, refugees, minorities, sign language users, or those with linguistic or cultural adaptation difficulties.
  • Social Barriers – low social competence, single parents, orphans, students from institutional care, first-generation higher education students, or those with a criminal or addiction recovery background.
  • Economic Barriers – low-income students, working students, social assistance beneficiaries, unemployed individuals, or those experiencing financial hardship.
  • Geographical Barriers – students residing in remote, rural, or under-served areas.

Evaluation and Selection Process:
Applications will be evaluated by a legally established selection committee Evaluation criteria will include: 

  • Academic merit (GPA) – 40%
  • Quality and relevance of the motivation letter – 30%
  • Language proficiency (English) – 20%
  • Relevance of research topic to the mobility offer – 10%
