The lecturer of the Department of History of the Artvin University of Chorukh, Dr. Cihan ORUÇ, was sent to the Comrat State University from 23.01.2023 to 27.01.2023 as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching program, as well as from 28.01.2023 to 21.04.2023 as part of a study on the topic "Mustafa Kemal Ataturk's policy towards the Gagauz people during the formation of the Turkish national state" ("Türk Ulus Devletinin Inşasında Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün Gagauz Türkleri Politikası").

Dr. Cihan ORUÇ met with the Rector of Comrat State University, where they were disguessed about plans for the next 3 months of teaching at the Department of Gagauz Language and History of KSU .
