On May 7, 2025, the teaching staff of the Department of Information Technologies, Mathematics, and Physics, along with the students of the department, participated in a meeting with Turkish lecturer Hasan ALTINBAȘ from Kirșehir Ahi Evran University. Within the framework of the Erasmus+ academic mobility program, Hasan ALTINBAȘ delivered a public lecture, presented his university, and shared insights into his work in teaching geometry.

Assoc. Prof., PhD Raisa Covricova, introduced the activities of the ITMP Department and spoke about the mathematics-related subjects studied by our students. Assoc. Prof., PhD Tatiana Velicova,

introduced the guest to the university. During his visit to the library, Hasan ALTINBAȘ had the opportunity to explore the university's collection in the field of mathematics.

On May 8, 2025, a meeting was held between Hasan ALTINBAȘ and the Acting Head of the ITMP Department, Assist. Lect., Ghennadi Popil, as well as with the students of group IM-22. Academic mobility under the Erasmus+ program opens up opportunities for collaboration for both Turkish and Moldovan educators.

It is also important to note that two students from the ITMP Department, Informatics-Mathematics specialty, group IM-23 — Elena Mitul and Victor Babenco — studied at Kirșehir Ahi Evran University (Turkey) during the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year under the Erasmus+ student mobility program. Hasan ALTINBAȘ spoke about the experience of our students at Kirșehir Ahi Evran University, highlighting both the challenges they encountered and the strengths that help them succeed.
