A lecturer of Comrat State University (CSU), Anatoli Cartașev, successfully presented the results of the young researchers’ project LACTANOX at the prestigious International Exhibition of Innovations and Inventions “Traian Vuia”, held in Timișoara, Romania. The project attracted great interest from the jury and visitors. The probiotic dairy product with high antioxidant activity developed by CSU combines cutting-edge scientific achievements with practical applications in food technology and human health. The product strengthens the immune system and can be used for disease prevention related to stress and environmental factors. The LACTANOX project is the result of joint research by CSU professors and students within the program supporting young scientists. The work focuses on developing innovative dairy processing technologies and creating new-generation functional foods. Participation in the exhibition was not only an important scientific event but also a valuable opportunity for establishing international cooperation. CSU representatives held several meetings with colleagues from Universitatea de Științele Vieții „Regele Mihai I” in Timișoara and researchers from Thailand, discussing prospects for joint studies, experience exchange, and educational initiatives. The gold medal is a recognition of CSU’s high-level research and confirms the university’s potential in innovation. This success is a significant contribution to strengthening the image of Comrat State University in the international academic community. Comrat State University continues to actively promote scientific activity, support young researchers, and implement innovative approaches in education. The success of the LACTANOX project clearly demonstrates how science and education can unite for progress and a better quality of life.
