On June 9, 2026, Comrat State University hosted the 4th Information Seminar within the project “UPGRADE – Enhancing Graduates’ Employability Tracking in Moldova”.

During the event, the results of the work aimed at improving the regulatory framework of the CSU Lifelong Learning and Career Development Center were presented. Natalia Nachioglo, Head of the Department of Quality Management and Academic Affairs, delivered a presentation on this topic.

Special attention was paid to the employment prospects of university graduates. Inna Zlatovchena, Head of the Lifelong Learning and Career Development Center, presented an analysis of labor market opportunities for CSU graduates and highlighted the main trends, challenges, and prospects in this area.

During the working session, participants discussed further steps for the development of the Lifelong Learning and Career Development Center and reviewed the draft “Roadmap for Future Action”, aimed at improving the effectiveness of services provided and strengthening cooperation with employers and other stakeholders.

The seminar served as an important platform for exchanging experiences and discussing future directions for the development of the graduate employability tracking system. The implementation of the planned activities will contribute to strengthening cooperation between the university and the labor market, improving the quality of educational services, and expanding professional opportunities for graduates of Comrat State University.
