The Faculty of Economics of Comrat State University, with the support of the Research Center “Progress named after D.M. Parmakli” and the innovation incubator “InnoCenter,” held on December 11, 2025, at CSU (Comrat municipality, Republic of Moldova), the 11th National Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems and Challenges of the Regional Economy in the Context of Globalization”
On December 11, Comrat State University hosted the XI National Scientific-Practical Conference “Challenges and Issues of Regional Economy in the Context of Globalization.”
Supported by INNO Center, the event brought together scholars, university staff, researchers, PhD students, and professionals from various economic and managerial fields.
A total of 51 scientific papers were presented across six thematic sections:
• Section 1. Economics and Management – 19 papers
• Section 2. Marketing, Logistics and Tourism: Modern Development Strategies – 6 papers
• Section 3. Development of Agricultural Economy and the Regional Agro-Industrial Complex – 3 papers
• Section 4. Accounting, Analysis and Audit – 6 papers
• Section 5. Investment and Financial Management at Regional and Enterprise Level – 8 papers
• Section 6. Modern Information Technologies in Business: Theory and Practice – 9 papers
During the plenary session, seven key scientific reports were presented and discussed.
Speakers addressed major issues in economics, management, marketing, finance, and sustainable development, highlighting practical approaches to implementing sustainability principles at the regional level.
At the conclusion of the conference, participants adopted the official resolution.
