More than 30 people participated in the conference of Section No. 8: Culture and Art. A total of 18 reports were presented. The participants included faculty members of the department, teachers of the music school, representatives of KGPU, a museographer from the NGIEM named after D. Kara Çoban, the village of Beșalma, educators from the M. Çakir Pedagogical College, as well as international participants from Russia and Turkey. The wide geographical diversity of the participants confirms the relevance of the conference theme and the issues discussed within its framework.
As a result of the section’s work, the following resolution was adopted:
- To develop cultural initiatives that contribute to the creation of international connections and mutual understanding among peoples.
- To strengthen the practical orientation of educational programs for training specialists ready to solve professional challenges.
- To introduce new teaching methods based on modern educational technologies.
