Students of Comrat State University (CSU) from the Faculty of Economics, specializing in "Hospitality, Tourism, and Leisure" and "Business and Management," together with the faculty of the Department of Economics, actively participated in the Gagauz Wine Festival "Gagauz Şarap Yortusu" – 2024. The festival took place on November 9 in the central square of the capital of Gagauzia, Comrat municipality. By attending the festival, students immersed themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Gagauz traditions and rituals, passed down through generations. They had the opportunity to taste unforgettable dishes of national cuisine prepared according to ancestral recipes. As part of the discipline "Management of Tourism Resources in the Republic of Moldova," students were encouraged to create informational videos about the traditional customs and rituals of the Gagauz people, with a focus on exhibitions showcasing the works of folk artisans. The "Gagauz Şarap Yortusu" festival in Comrat is a bright and unique celebration in the heart of autumn, held annually and attracting thousands of participants and visitors from Moldova and other countries.
