In the work of Section 7 of the conference, "Education in the Sphere of Culture and Arts: Problems and Prospects," more than 15 participants took part. A total of 13 reports were presented. Participants included lecturers from the department, music school, art school, M. Chakir Pedagogical College, as well as international participants from Russia and Ukraine. The wide geographic diversity of the participants confirms the relevance of the conference's topic and the issues discussed within its framework.

Following the work of the section, a resolution was adopted: during the general discussion, the importance of expanding relevant issues of professional education, developing forms of professional interaction, broadening the geographical scope of conference participants, and the active participation of employer organizations to enhance the quality, level, and prestige of education was emphasized.
