In the period of November 22 – November 26, 2021 the teaching staff of Comrat State University visited Sivas Cumhuriyet University in Turkey within the framework of the Erasmus+ Teaching and Training Staff Mobility program.
PhD., Assoc. Prof. Sofia Sulac, the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages (Faculty of National Culture), PhD. Prof. Constantin Tauşanji, Department of Accounting and Finance (Faculty of Economics), and PhD. Assoc. Prof. Tatiana Velicova, Department of Information Technologies, Mathematics and Physics (Faculty of Economics) participated in the Teaching Staff Mobility Programme and shared their knowledge and experience with the students and colleagues from Sivas Cumhuriyet University. Meanwhile PhD. Assoc. Professor of the Department of Economics (Faculty of Economics), Maria Cara and MA, university assistant Natalia Nacioglo participated in the Training Staff Mobility programme and had meetings with the colleagues as well as with the students from the relevant departments.
The mobility programme participants felt honored by the fact that the Rector of Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Prof. Alim Yildiz, and the Head of the International Relations Office, Prof. Ali Aksu could find time to be welcomed at this university together with the other participants of the Erasmus + programme from Ghana (Kumasi Technical University), and Bosnia and Herzegovina (International University of Sarajevo). During the stay the lectures were given, the contacts with the colleagues from Sivas University were established and meetings with the teaching staff as well as with the students were arranged.
The teaching staff of Comrat State University, participating in this Erasmus + mobility program, express gratitude to the host institution for the warm welcome and for arranging the meetings with professors and students. Special thanks are expressed to the Director of the International Relations Office, Professor, Dr. Ali AKSU and Emre SEVEN, who advised on all issues during their stay at the University and helped in the implementation of the Erasmus+ mobility program. The experience gained at Sivas State University is invaluable. As the result of the visit to Sivas Cumhuriyet University there was discussed the issue of extending the terms of the interinstitutional agreement on the ERASMUS+ mobility programme.
