
According to the approved curriculum No. JSL-01-19532 dated March 18, 2022, students of the Agro-Technological Faculty, speciality "Engineering and Management (Production and Processing of Agricultural Products)", group AIM-22, conducted an introductory internship at the Scientific and Practical Institute of Horticulture, Viticulture, and Food Technologies on April 22, 2024.
The work was carried out in the following laboratories of the Institute:
- Laboratory of Genofond, Zoning, and Clonal Selection of Fruit and Grape Plants;
- Laboratory of Modern Technologies in Fruit Growing and Viticulture;
- Laboratory of Biotechnology and Microbiology of Alcoholic Products;
- Laboratory of Modern Technologies, Standardization, and Expertise in Winemaking;
- Laboratory of Food Safety and Alcoholic Beverages;
- Laboratory of Micro Winemaking;
- Laboratory of Virology and Phytosanitary Control of Fruit and Grape Plants;
- Laboratory of Technology and Microbiology of Food Products.
During the internship, students not only familiarized themselves with the basic principles of laboratory work but also acquired practical skills in using modern equipment and techniques. They studied the process of preparing samples, conducting analyses, and interpreting the obtained data. Additionally, students deepened their knowledge of the specifics of conducting experiments and research in the field of horticulture, viticulture, and food technologies. This experience not only expanded their professional horizons but also prepared them for future careers in the agricultural sector.
