Participants attended training sessions on intercultural communication, basic Turkish language skills, Erasmus+ procedures, and human resource development in higher education. Particular attention was paid to staff professional development, the improvement of administrative processes, and the exchange of best practices with representatives of foreign universities.
An important part of the programme was an introduction to the activities of Sivas Cumhuriyet University, the organization of its international cooperation, and the specific features of its administrative operations. Participants also took part in an international lunch, which provided an additional opportunity for intercultural communication and the establishment of professional contacts.
The cultural programme included visits to museums and historical and natural attractions in Sivas, as well as a trip to Divriği, where participants explored the architectural and historical heritage of the region.
Participation in the International Staff Week contributed to expanding the professional knowledge of Comrat State University staff, developing their organizational and managerial skills, and exchanging experience in the field of administrative support for university operations. The knowledge gained and contacts established may serve as a foundation for further improving administrative processes and strengthening cooperation with international partners.
