Memorandum of Understanding signed between Comrat State University and Isparta University of Applied Sciences

On May 6, 2024, the Rector of Comrat State University (Republic of Moldova) Dr. Zaharia S.C. and the Rector of Isparta University of Applied Sciences (Republic of Turkey) Dr. Prof. Yılmaz ÇATAL signed (extended) the Memorandum of Understanding. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Comrat State University and Isparta University of Applied Sciences is an important step in the development of the partnership started back in 2020 within the Erasmus+ KA171 program. This document establishes a framework for cooperation and exchange between the educational institutions, providing a fruitful basis for joint activities. The agreement reflects the aspiration of both sides to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen mutually beneficial relations. Comrat State University and Isparta University of Applied Sciences see in this agreement an opportunity not only to continue, but also to expand their cooperation in various fields, including academic programs, exchange of students and teachers, as well as research activities. The Erasmus+ KA171 program is an important mechanism to support international exchange in higher education. In the context of this program, the signing or renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding between these universities confirms their common efforts to improve the quality of education, enrich the academic environment and overcome geographical and cultural barriers through the exchange of knowledge and experience, creating a sustainable collaborative environment.
