From November 3 to 7, 2025, Comrat State University hosted the 2nd International Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Week, during which the university welcomed five lecturers from Türkiye — from Isparta University of Applied Sciences and Hatay Mustafa Kemal University.
Throughout the week, the guests actively participated in the academic life of the university: they delivered a series of lectures and seminars in the fields of agronomy and linguistics, met with faculty members, staff, and students, and discussed prospects for further academic and scientific cooperation between the partner universities. During the meetings, special attention was paid to strengthening international partnerships, enhancing academic mobility of staff and students, and developing joint research initiatives.
The week concluded with a solemn certificate awarding ceremony conducted by the Rector of Comrat State University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serghei Zaharia. In his address, the Rector emphasized the importance of such events for strengthening international relations and exchanging experience between universities, noting that cooperation within the Erasmus+ Programme contributes to improving the quality of education and the internationalization of the academic environment. The closing ceremony was also attended by guests who arrived at CSU to participate in the Turkish Music Concert, which became a bright cultural highlight and emphasized the importance of cultural exchange as an integral part of international cooperation.
