Erasmus+ academic mobility: exchange of experience between CSU and Isparta University of Applied Sciences

 

During the period of 17–21 November 2025, staff members of Comrat State University visited Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Republic of Türkiye. The primary objectives of this mobility initiative were to develop international cooperation between the two institutions and to exchange best practices in academic, administrative, and technical fields.

The delegation from Comrat State University comprised the following members: Dr. Olga Coșeleva, Lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Production and Processing Technology; Natalia Nacioglo, the Head of the Quality Management and Educational Process Department; and Maxim Colesnicov, System Administrator.

The purpose of the visit was to study various aspects of the host university's activities, including teaching methodologies, quality and documentation management, as well as the organization and maintenance of its IT infrastructure.

The visit program commenced with an official meeting between the the Vice-Rector of Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Prof. Dr. Ayhan GÖSTERİT and the staff members of Comrat State University.

On the first day, the mobility programme participants were welcomed by the Head of the International Erasmus Office and the Office team, who presented the key areas of international cooperation at Isparta University of Applied Sciences. Particular attention during the visit was paid to the development of international partnership.

As part of the Teaching Mobility component, Dr. Olga Coșeleva, Lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Production and Processing Technology, delivered a series of lectures to students of Isparta University of Applied Sciences. The lectures were dedicated to current research in the field of beekeeping and honey quality, covering a wide range of topics of scientific and practical interest. The following The following subjects were considered:

  • Chemical composition of bee honey from different soil-climatic zones of the Republic of Moldova.
  • Content of trace elements, macroelements, and heavy metals in honey from various soil-climatic zones of the Republic of Moldova.
  • Amino acid composition and antibacterial activity of bee honey.
  • Content and migration of trace elements, macroelements, and heavy metals in the trophic chain (soil – flowers of honey plants – honey – pollen – propolis – bee body).
  • Increasing honey production volumes through the use of biostimulants in bee feeding.
    This activity not only facilitated the exchange of scientific knowledge and research results but also enhanced the international academic reputation of Comrat State University.

During the mobility period, the Head of the Quality Management and Educational Process Department, Natalia Nacioglo, studied the host university's document management system. The analysis focused on the electronic platforms and digital tools used for storing, approving, and distributing official documentation. It was established that the implemented system ensures a high degree of relevance, integrity, and accessibility of information for all participants of the educational process—from students to management.

Within the framework of the academic mobility, Comrat State University's System Administrator, Maxim Colesnicov, gained a comprehensive understanding of the principles for building and methods for maintaining a reliable and secure IT infrastructure at Isparta University of Applied Sciences. Key aspects ensuring the stable functioning of the university's digital environment were studied. Primary attention was given to the following areas:

  • Systems Management: Approaches to the administration of servers, networks, and software.
  • Technical Support Organization: Models and tools for effective user support.
  • Cybersecurity: Practices and technologies for protecting data and infrastructure from modern threats.

The accumulated experience and the studied best practices are of significant value and will be subjected to thorough analysis for potential adaptation and implementation at Comrat State University.

The academic mobility of Comrat State University staff to Isparta University of Applied Sciences under the Erasmus+ program was successfully completed and achieved its objectives. The visit contributed to the strengthening of the international partnership, the exchange of best practices in teaching, administration, and technical areas, and laid the groundwork for future joint projects. Each delegation member acquired valuable knowledge and practical skills in their respective professional fields.
