During her mobility, she regularly attended classes, actively participated in the educational process, and gained valuable academic experience in an international environment. The programme contributed to deepening her professional knowledge in the field of Turkish language and literature and improving her linguistic skills.
Olena, Olesia, and Semen studied at the Faculty of Letters in the English Language and Literature programme. The learning process took place in a multicultural academic environment, ensuring continuous practice of the English language both inside and outside the classroom. Particular attention was paid to the development of academic reading skills, literary text analysis, and the improvement of written and oral communication. Studying at a foreign university allowed students to broaden their understanding of the Turkish higher education system and learn about different approaches to organizing the educational process.
Participation in the Erasmus+ programme had a significant positive impact on the students’ language proficiency. They gained experience in independent study abroad, developed intercultural communication skills, adapted to a new social and academic environment, and learned to collaborate effectively with representatives of various cultures. Being immersed in an international environment contributed to their personal growth, increased self-confidence, and expanded their professional and cultural horizons.
An important part of academic mobility was the cultural programme. The host university organized trips to the cities of Kastamonu and Safranbolu, as well as a visit to the salt cave in Çankırı. These activities allowed students to discover the historical and cultural heritage of Türkiye, traditional architecture, and the unique features of the local culture.
Comrat State University expresses its gratitude to the host university for its cooperation, support, and the favorable conditions created for study. Participation in academic mobility programs plays an important role in students’ professional and personal development, opens new opportunities, and strengthens international cooperation.
