The team of Comrat State University participated in the seminars of the international project REFLECT Phase II

On June 1–2, 2026, the team of Comrat State University participated in the fifth seminar of the REFLECT Phase II project, entitled “Quality Learning through the Peer-to-Peer System in Moldova.” The event was held at the “Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University of Chișinău and brought together representatives of partner universities involved in the implementation of the project.

During the seminar, participants discussed the experience of organizing peer training, the results of the training sessions conducted, the changes achieved during the implementation of the project, as well as further steps for continuing REFLECT activities in the university environment. Special attention was paid to issues related to the training and mentoring of inspectors, the planning of training activities, emerging challenges and possible solutions.

The team of Comrat State University presented its experience of participation in the project, including the organization of training activities, cooperation with representatives of the educational field and further prospects for implementing REFLECT approaches in the practice of the regional educational environment. Participation in the seminar provided an opportunity to exchange results with partners, discuss effective forms of peer-to-peer learning and identify directions for the further development of project activities.

On the second day of the seminar, special attention was given to the sustainability of the REFLECT project. Participants worked in partner groups, identified the results already achieved, possible risks and the tasks that still need to be completed before the end of the project. The preparation of the final conference in 2026 was also discussed, including the formulation of key messages, the presentation of visible results and the definition of concrete further actions for each partner university.

The participation of the Comrat State University team in the REFLECT seminar was an important step in strengthening international and interuniversity cooperation, developing the professional potential of teaching staff and promoting modern approaches to quality learning. The experience gained will contribute to the further implementation of the principles of mentoring, peer learning and reflective pedagogical practice in the educational activities of the university.
