WP6 (Dissemination) discussed preparations for the upcoming seminar on disseminating project results. An updated draft program for the event, including speaker presentations, was presented. The seminar will be attended not only by representatives of partner universities but also by representatives of the tourism industry. It is proposed to involve entrepreneurs in the panel discussions. Seminar promotion issues were discussed: registration is now open on the ENRICHER project's official website, and partners are encouraged to actively disseminate information among stakeholders, including representatives of the tourism sector.
Continuing with the topic of increasing the visibility of project results and their use in the educational process at partner universities, participants discussed further steps to implement the plan for disseminating and applying the results. The importance of actively using QR codes in presentation materials, engaging followers on the project's social media, and ensuring feedback from event participants was emphasized. Under WP5 (development of methodological recommendations for business cases), a preliminary draft of the document's structure was presented. After revision, the draft will be sent to partners for discussion and comment.
Under WP4 (training of trainers - ToT), participants exchanged views on the meeting. It was proposed to additionally organize in-person national meetings for faculty participating in the ToT program. Georgian partners have already expressed their willingness to organize such events, and the Moldovan side is considering coordinating the meeting at one of the universities. The next online ToT meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2026.
