At the meeting of university representatives participating in the project “ENRICHER hubs: Designing Green Tourism Concepts Through Learning” (ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2), held online on April 1, 2025 Prof., Dr. habil. Alla Levitskaia, presented the model of a Green Tourism Business Hub, which is planned to be opened as part of the project at the Faculty of Economics of Comrat State University. The meeting was attended by members of the Comrat State University project team, including the project coordinator Assoc. Prof., PhD, Liudmila Fedotova; Assoc. Prof., Dr. habil. Natalia Șciuchina; Assoc. Prof., PhD Snejana Musca; Lect., PhD Liubov Aricova — all of whom were involved in developing the model of the Green Tourism Hub. The project participants began designing their Business Model Canvases for the green tourism hubs during an online training in February. Later, key aspects were refined, specific activities of the hub were identified, and potential service beneficiaries were outlined. Special attention in developing the business model was given to identifying opportunities and activities that could be integrated into the hub to assess and address local tourism-related issues. After the presentation and evaluation of the models, team members from partner universities will be able to evaluate the projects through a questionnaire, and experts will provide each team with recommendations regarding their proposed Green Tourism Hub business model. The opening of the new hubs is scheduled for September 2025.
