The first part of the consortium meeting was dedicated to the achievements and results obtained during the first year of the project. UPGRADE project manager, Dr. Rodica CRUDU, presented the project’s operation plan to the partners, with a special focus on the work packages related to the development of tools, methodologies, and the legislative framework on national and institutional levels regarding graduates’ employability tracking.
Project partners had the opportunity to discuss the publication of the “Benchmark Report on Best Practices in Monitoring Higher Education Graduates' Employability,” prepared by P8-ASPIRE, and set deadlines for the delivery of the graduates' employability tracking survey.
The second part of the meeting was conducted by the UPGRADE project grant coordinator, Dr. Olesea SIRBU, and focused on project financial management. Dr. Olesea SIRBU outlined the requirements for financial reporting, including deadlines for report submissions, cost control processes, and approval procedures.
Project Financial Manager, Anna MADAN, presented instructions on report preparation and ensuring transparency in budget management, including detailed recommendations for effective expense tracking and compliance with all financial standards and requirements.
