On November 27, 2025, the III Informational Seminar within the framework of the project “UPGRADE – Enhancing Graduates’ Employability Tracking in Moldova”, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, was held at Comrat State University.
The event opened with a welcome speech delivered by Tatiana Racovcena, PhD, Associate Professor, UPGRADE Project Coordinator, who also moderated the seminar.
The programme focused on key aspects related to graduate employability and tracking, including:
- guiding and supporting students throughout their university studies;
- expanding collaboration with the economic and institutional environment;
- activating and strengthening the Alumni network (USC Alumni) to support employability;
- enhancing graduate employability and monitoring graduates’ career trajectories;
- data protection and ethical use of graduate data.
The seminar contributed to the exchange of institutional practices and to strengthening the capacity of Comrat State University to develop effective mechanisms for monitoring graduates’ employability within the framework of the ERASMUS+ UPGRADE project.
