The "Foreign Languages" section, held on February 11, 2025, within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Science. Education. Culture," dedicated to the 34th anniversary of Comrat State University, brought together leading specialists, teachers, researchers, and students interested in studying and teaching foreign languages. The goal of the section was to discuss current issues in foreign language teaching, modern trends in linguistics, intercultural communication, and language policy. Under the guidance of experienced moderators, Assoc. Prof., PhD, Sofia Sulac, and Assoc. Prof., PhD, Alexei Chirdeachin, various teaching approaches, the use of digital technologies and innovative methods, as well as the impact of globalization on language and culture, were examined. The section was held in a hybrid format (both online and offline), which allowed for a wide audience to participate. Researchers and lecturers from Moldova, Turkey, the USA, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Belarus took part in the section. Participants discussed modern trends in foreign language learning, exchanged practical methods and experiences, and shared successful practices in implementing digital technologies in language teaching and learning. As a result of the section, positive feedback was received regarding the high level of event organization, as well as the interesting and informative presentationю.
