Based on the presentations within the framework of subsection 5.2. Psychology, a RESOLUTION was adopted:
- The student youth of the Republic of Moldova actively seeks intercultural interaction. Intercultural competence is becoming an important resource for their adaptation to new socio-cultural conditions, contributing to effective interaction and understanding of cultural differences. It is necessary to more actively involve young people in specially organized forms of work aimed at comprehending and experiencing positive social identity, increasing optimism about the future of interethnic relations, and strengthening civic identity to harmonize them.
- More actively integrate psychological knowledge into modern educational practices to ensure the mental health of all actors in the educational process, create positive motivation for self-development, determine psychological causes of personality and social development disorders, and prevent the conditions for such disorders.
- In the higher education system, special attention should be paid to developing self-reflection in future professionals at the personal and professional levels to understand and take into account the tasks before them, as well as the subsequent implementation of psychological and pedagogical knowledge in educational practices.
