On September 2024, in Baku State University named after M. Rasulzadeh. Güllü Karanfil, PhD, university lecturer of the Department of Gagauz philology and history of the Comrat State University (CSU), doctor, paid the professional and friendly partnership visit to Baku State University named after M. Rasulzade (BSU) (Azerbaijan). Being a graduate of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of BSU, Dr., lecturer, university lecturer Gullu Karanfil met with fellow scientists, researchers of BSU, with the Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of BSU, Dr., Associate Professor Aidan Handan, noting the dynamic and innovative changes of the University of Azerbaijan. In the course of joint meetings the necessity of strengthening partnership relations was noted: the need to conclude a partnership agreement, which will later open the possibility of joint activities of fellow researchers, students, masters, doctoral students of universities of both countries in various areas of collaboration. Dr. Gullu Karanfil, lecturer of the university, told the BSU colleagues about the CSU faculties, about the work carried out in the direction of the development of the Gagauz language at the native department of the teacher and in general in the region of ATU Gagauzia. In the course of the dialog, further joint prospective research plans and projects for the study and development of the methodological basis for the development of Turkish, Gagauz, Gagauz language and other languages were discussed
