On September 18, 2025, the Scientific Library of Comrat State University held a practical training session for first-year master’s students of the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of National Culture (lecturer: Doctor of Pedagogy, Associate Professor Oxana Curteva).
The session was entitled “Rules for Preparing Bibliographic References and Citing Information Resources in Research Papers” and was organized as part of the course “Methodology of Pedagogical Research in Educational Institutions.” The training was conducted by the Chief Librarian of the CSU Scientific Library, Anna Chesea. During the event, students were introduced to the library’s information resources and search systems: Alphabetical, Systematic, and Electronic Catalogs. They also received information about the Electronic Library of the University Staff’s Research Works available on CSU’s website. Additionally, they became familiar with the new Standard for bibliographic references in research papers. As a result, master’s students gained valuable knowledge about the CSU Library databases and acquired practical skills in working with information sources and proper bibliographic formatting of their research results. The session was attended by the groups: MOM-25 “Educational Management” and MNO-25 “Theory and Methodology of Primary Education.”
