Master’s Students of Comrat State University Participated in Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships at Sivas Cumhuriyet University

From March 30 to April 12, 2026, Master’s students of Comrat State University took part in a short-term academic mobility within the framework of the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Traineeships programme at Sivas Cumhuriyet University (Sivas, Republic of Türkiye).

A total of 7 Master’s students representing various faculties and study programmes participated in the traineeship. Among them were:
— Master’s students of the Faculty of National Culture, “Educational Management” programme: Elena Dragu and Zinaida Kalpakchi;
— Master’s students of the Faculty of Economics, “Corporate Finance” programme: Irina Cheshkova, Tatiana Zhuravleva, and Vasilisa Sobor;
— Master’s student of the Faculty of Economics, “Business Administration” programme: Konstantin Kara;
— Master’s student of the Faculty of Law, “Criminal Law” programme: Liudmila Nenova.

During the two-week traineeship, participants gained valuable international experience, became acquainted with the activities of the International Relations Office of the host university, and took part in meetings with representatives of the student organization ESN Cumhuriyet. Within the programme, students actively interacted with other mobility participants, including students from Ukraine and Kosovo, which contributed to the development of intercultural communication and exchange of experience.

The educational component of the traineeship included participation in lectures, interactive sessions, and discussions aimed at deepening professional knowledge and broadening academic perspectives. The Master’s students also became familiar with the specifics of the educational process in Turkish higher education institutions, teaching methods, and the organization of the academic environment.

In addition to the academic programme, participants had the opportunity to explore the cultural heritage of Türkiye. During their stay in Sivas, they visited historical landmarks, museums, and cultural sites, which allowed them to better understand the traditions and lifestyle of the country.

Participation in Erasmus+ programmes provides broad opportunities for students’ professional and personal development, fosters international experience, enhances language skills, and strengthens academic cooperation between universities.
