The purpose of the visit was to strengthen international cooperation, exchange pedagogical and methodological experience, introduce students of the host university to modern educational approaches, interactive teaching technologies, the possibilities of digital tools, and intercultural communication in the educational environment.

Within the framework of the academic mobility programme and according to the approved teaching schedule, Oksana Kurteva delivered a series of lectures and practical classes for students of the Faculty of Education (Educational Sciences). The topics focused on modern trends in pedagogy, innovative teaching methods, blended learning models, and visualization of educational materials.

Praskovya Nikolaeva conducted classes for students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, English Language and Literature programme. The lectures and practical classes were devoted to English language teaching, vocabulary development, discussion of emotions in language, analysis of English phraseological units and their translation into the Gagauz language, as well as methods of working with short stories.

A particularly valuable aspect of the mobility was the active academic dialogue with students and teachers of Pamukkale University. Students actively participated in discussions, asked questions, completed practical tasks, and showed interest in the education system of the Republic of Moldova, the activities of Comrat State University, and the specifics of teacher training. Colleagues from the host university created a friendly and professional atmosphere conducive to experience exchange, discussion of future cooperation prospects, and the development of interuniversity relations.

During the mobility, the teachers of the Faculty of National Culture gained valuable professional experience in international teaching, expanded their understanding of educational process organization at a Turkish university, and became acquainted with the specifics of working with students in an international educational environment. The acquired experience will be used in further teaching, methodological, and scientific activities, as well as in the development of international educational projects.

The cultural programme organized by the host side also left a special impression. The teachers visited the historical and cultural complex of Pamukkale, the Hierapolis Archaeological Museum, the ancient amphitheatre, and the thermal springs. Acquaintance with the historical and cultural heritage of the region allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the traditions, history, and uniqueness of Türkiye and contributed to strengthening intercultural interaction.

Oksana Kurteva and Praskovya Nikolaeva express their sincere gratitude to the representatives of the Erasmus+ Office of Pamukkale University, fellow teachers, and all staff members of the host university for the warm welcome, high level of organization of the academic mobility, support, professional cooperation, and the opportunity to exchange experience in an international educational environment.
