
On September 23, 2025, at Comrat State University, a meeting was held between the Rector of CSU, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serghei Zaharia, the Vice-Rector for Science and International Relations, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Svetlana Ghenova, and the participant of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching program — Inga Milēviča from Alberta College (Latvia). The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Department of International Relations and Project Activities of CSU, the Dean of the Faculty of National Culture, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oxana Curteva, as well as the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Lecturer Prascovia Nicolaeva.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the university administration and faculty representatives got acquainted with the guest, discussed the plan for the upcoming mobility, as well as the prospects for expanding cooperation between our institutions, including potential joint projects, student and staff exchanges. During the week, the lecturer from Latvia will meet with the faculty and students of the Faculty of National Culture, deliver a series of lectures and interactive sessions, share her teaching experience, immerse herself in the atmosphere of the region and Moldova as a whole, and get acquainted with the cultural heritage of Gagauzia.
