On 10 July 2026, the team of Comrat State University participated in a working group meeting dedicated to the preparation of the final conference of the international REFLECT Phase II project, “Quality Learning through the Peer-to-Peer System in Moldova”.
The meeting was held online and brought together representatives of the partner universities involved in the implementation of the project. The main purpose of the meeting was to jointly plan the final stage of the project and develop the overall concept of the closing conference. The participants discussed the objectives of the upcoming event, its scope, the proposed format, the programme structure, the target groups, as well as the distribution of responsibilities among the members of the working group.
During the meeting, the main organisational parameters of the conference were confirmed. The final event of the REFLECT Phase II project is scheduled for 5 November 2026 and will take place at the Conference & Events – MIMI venue. The conference is expected to bring together approximately 130 participants, including representatives of the project teams, partner universities, educational institutions, regional education management bodies and other interested organisations.
Particular attention was paid to defining the target audience of the conference. It is planned to invite university teachers and representatives of university teams, mentors, students of teacher-training programmes, school leaders and teachers, representatives of regional education departments, inspectors, partner organisations and other specialists interested in promoting the REFLECT methodology.
The working group emphasised that the final conference should be a meaningful and dynamic event focused on the active participation of all invited participants. The programme is expected to include a plenary session, presentation of the project results, sharing of successful practices from universities and educational institutions, thematic workshops, group discussions and exchanges of good practices.
The participation of Comrat State University in the work of the organising group contributes to presenting the experience accumulated by the university team during the implementation of REFLECT Phase II and ensures its active involvement in the preparation of the project’s final event.
